AN EXAMPLE OF OUR FEES
- Property Investigation, short listing of properties and strategy – $1,000 + GST. This amount is non-refundable if you ultimately choose to not purchase a property.
- Approach the seller (or the Real Estate Agent), negotiate the price for the client, prepare and make a formal offer to the seller – $3,000 + GST.
- Assist with the Preliminary Contract – $4,000 + GST when Preliminary Contract has been executed and exchanged between the parties.
- A successful fee for $2,000 + GST when the Deed of Sale is executed.
For properties with a value above EURO 750.000, contact us for a full fee schedule.
